Yes, all packages can be purchased as a printed Gift Voucher that will posted to your designated address. Simply include gift voucher add-on at checkout. Vouchers are valid for 6 months.

If you decide you want more images or would like to extend your session, you can usually upgrade your package before the photoshoot. We’ll work with you to adjust the details and cost accordingly.

Yes, full payment or a deposit is required to secure your preferred date and time. The remaining balance is usually due on the day of the shoot, but we can discuss alternative arrangements if needed.

All our packages grant access to multiple sets in our studio, including our bedroom suites, gym set, shower & wet room, and more. However, due to time limitations, the themes/sets available may be limited depending on the package you choose.

Picture viewing and selection is available on the same day as your shoot, immediately afterward. This allows you to decide on the final images you want us to edit and retouch without having to travel back to the studio on a separate day.

We require at least 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes.

As all sessions are booked as required, payments made are used to secure your place. Due to these financial commitments, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances (unless the cancellation is directly our fault).

No-shows or late cancellations will result in the full payment being charged.
