1.1 All session bookings must be made through our official communication channels (website, email, phone, or in person).

1.2 A booking is considered confirmed only after we have received the agreed deposit or full payment, as outlined in the package description.

1.3 iShootCurves reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request at its discretion.

2.1 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time.

2.2 The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2.3 Failure to complete payment in full may result in cancellation of the session and forfeiture of any deposits paid.

3.1 Package prices are displayed in our studio, on our website, or provided in official quotations.

3.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, pricing for that session remains fixed.

3.3 Package inclusions—such as the number of images, outfits, and sets—are described in detail; any add-ons must be agreed upon in advance.

4.1 A transferable booking fee is required to confirm winners booking. This fee can be applied towards purchasing additional session photos or products.

4.2 Open to individuals aged 18 and over, who identify as female. Must be able to travel to the specified photoshoot location.

4.3 All entries must be submitted by the stated closing date. Late entries will not be accepted.

4.4 Winner(s) will be chosen at random or based on a specific selection process and notified via email or telephone call.

4.5 The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. It must be redeemed by the named winner only.

4.6 The photoshoot will take place at our designated studio. 

4.7 By participating, the winner agrees to allow selected images to be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

4.8 The photoshoot must be booked and completed within a specific time frame (usually within 2 months of winning).

4.9 We reserve the right to cancel any ongoing promotions at any time.

5.1 Cancellations must be communicated to iShootCurves at least 72 hours before the scheduled session to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

5.2 Rescheduling requests should be made as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate a new date based on availability.

5.3 The remaining session balance may be required to reschedule a different date.

5.4 iShootCurves reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies, or force majeure).

6.1 Clients are expected to behave respectfully and follow the photographer’s guidance during the shoot.

6.2 Any form of harassment, verbal or otherwise, towards staff or other clients will result in immediate session termination without refund.

6.3 We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a client’s conduct may endanger themselves, staff, or property.

7.1 Up to 90mins of makeup and hairstyling are included in selected packages; additional requests may incur extra fees.

7.2 Clients are encouraged to communicate any skin allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements prior to the session.

7.3 iShootCurves is not liable for any adverse reactions.

8.1 Final edited images are generally delivered within a specified timeframe (e.g., 2–3 weeks) from the date of image selection, unless otherwise agreed.

8.2 Digital image delivery will be via Dropbox or other method specified in your package.

8.3 Physical products (prints, albums) may require additional production and shipping time.

9.1 iShootCurves retains the copyright to all images produced during the session.

9.2 Clients receive a license to use the final edited images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial usage requires prior written consent and may incur additional licensing fees.

9.3 iShootCurves reserves the right to use selected images for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing materials), unless the client opts out in writing.

10.1 We prioritise your privacy. Personal information and images shared with us remain confidential, except for agreed-upon promotional usage.

10.2 If you wish to maintain complete privacy and disallow any promotional usage of your images, please inform us in writing at the time of booking.

10.3 We adhere to relevant data protection laws and take reasonable measures to safeguard personal information.

11.1 While we take utmost care, iShootCurves will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages arising during the session.

11.2 Clients agree to take responsibility for their own personal belongings during the session.

11.3 Any damages to studio property caused by client negligence may result in additional charges.

12.1 Deposits are non-refundable, except in situations where iShootCurves cancels the session due to unforeseen circumstances and cannot reschedule.

12.2 Dissatisfaction with the final images due to personal preference does not constitute a valid reason for a refund.

12.3 If a dispute arises regarding the quality of service or delivered products, clients should communicate with iShootCurves promptly to seek a resolution.

13.1 Gift vouchers must be used within their validity period, which is typically stated on the voucher.

13.2 Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

13.3 Unused vouchers are not refundable after the expiration date.
